Thotakura annam(rice)

have you done ever  its my recipie and i love this recipie its nutritious and good.   "ingredients "     1.      thotakura 1 or 2  bunches 2.      rice  how much you want( take raw rice not boiled 3.      zinger garlic paste 4.      curryleaves 5.      oil 6.      zeera& cumminseeds 7.      salt to taste procedure:  take cooker  put oil add zeera&mustardseeds, some ginger garlic paste add cut thotakura  then add rice ,salt mix it add some water now close the cooker after one or two visseles you can quit then have a tasty thotakura rice.  

Sesame laddu

Nalla nuvvula laddu ( black sesame laddu) so simple know: take pan and fry sesame  and mix with jar. fine powder .then make jaggery liquid (bellam pakam)thats it .   now in jaggary liquid mix sesame powder  and make laddu . its good for healthy ofcourse both are nutrtial  products . try this and enjoy it 

Arati puvvu

1.      arati puvvu(banana flower) banana arati puvvu 2.      onions one 3.      oil 4.      zeera 5.      cumminseeds 6.      salt 7.      mirchipowder "how to make":     take pan  add some oil, zeera, cumminseeds, curry leaves.then add onions fry all these finally we can add our main ingradient banana flower(c (cut )as shown in fig: add some salt and mirchi .wait for some time . over our dish is ready to eat . as you wish you can eat with rice or chapati also .

How to make mutties  Ingrediants: Mutton keema Garam masala Karam mirchi powder Salt  Ginger garlic paste Haldi Corn flour procedure: take mutton keema add this  ingrediants to keema and make it shape to round and  ypu have two choices ifyou want to fry it as a shallow you can cook like that otherwise fry it with iol
