Ingrediants
  1. soaked rice flour
  2. banana 
  3. soaked papad
  4. grated coconut
  5. jaggery
  6. iol
  7. gunthaponganalu pan
procedure:

                take soaked rice flour keep it aside now you can take banana,soaked papad, jaggery&grated coconut mixie in jaar like a dosa batter now this stuff can add in that rice flour mix it all in properly now you can take pan and add some iol in that gunthaponganalu pan now add this stuff in that slots flame it two sides properly as you wish color & take it and have it crispy and soffy balls onam special Idiyappam
